Sergeant Loci of the Ultramarines 2nd Company, seconded to the Deathwatch and attached to Inquisitor Michael.
I rarely use him in Inquisitor, he's one of my GM characters, but the few times he's appeared he's made a good impression. As I recall the first time he appeared he was ambushing a small party and surprised them by smashing through a brick wall. That was fun. The player really wasn't expecting him.
